Episode 48: Calabria Culinary Tour with Cherrye Moore

On this episode, hosts Sara, Jessica, & Michelle talk about how thin Italian women are, caves in Basilicata transformed into luxury hotels, & Berlusconi’s continued party mode. Then we speak to Cherrye Moore to hear some Calabria summer travel tips and to learn about her food & wine tour in Calabria in the fall.

Hi Michelle, Sara, Jessica, and Cherrye!

As always, I enjoyed the podcast!

Thanks for all the links and the funny video. I am amazed that with my limited Italian I know the true meaning of many of those words…lol!

  2. We just go back from a 23 day trip through Cabria and Sicily. My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at Cherrye’s lovely B & B, Il Cedro in Catanzaro. It was so good to hear her voice again.

My hat goes off the the people of Calabria who were so helpful and kind. Their acceptance of my self taught Italian and the advice and directions they gave us made our trip so wonderful.

Love the podcast, and can’t wait for the next episode.
